Grainzyme NL--Highly Concentrated Cellulase for Grain Processing

Grainzyme NL is a food grade highly concentrated Cellulase (EC 3.2.1 .4). It is produced from refined strain of Trichoderma reesei through submerged liquid fermentation. It has activities of endo and exo-cellulase, beta-glucanase, xylanase and other side activities. With the excellent synergistic effect, it can effectively reduce viscosity in cereal-based mashes when  used in the production of alcohol and fuel ethanol. It is also broadly used in industries of food processing, brewery, animal feed, textile and etc.
