SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test Kit

1.The test card is packaged in single portion of aluminum foil bag, it contains drying agent and composed of detecting strip and plastic card. The main ingredients on the detecting strip are:

(a)SARS-CoV-2 antibody ( fixed in the area T of nitrocellulose membrane).

(b)Goat anti Chicken IgY antibody (fixed in the area C of nitrocellulose membrane).

(c)SARS-CoV-2 and chicken IgY antibody marked by colloidal gold are coated on the pad of complex.

(e)Other supporting materials for test card.

2.The extraction liquid of specimen are phosphate solution.

3.Extraction tube and its dropper.

4.Material required but no provided: Pipette, timer.
