[Intended Use]

Pepsinogen (PG), a kind of digestive enzyme precursor secreted by the stomach, can be divided into two subgroups: PGI and PGII according to biochemical properties, immunogenicity, cell source and tissue distribution. The common detection methods include radioimmunoassay (RIA), time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA), latex enhanced immunoturbidimetry, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and chemiluminescence.
