Polyester&Nylon low melting point high strength quality environmental protection hot melt yarn for shoes
Hot melt thread:
It can be devided into polyester hotmelt thread ang nylon hot melt thread,which canuse for sewing,embroidery.Polyester melting point is about 130℃-150℃,nylon melting thread point is about 80℃.
Dry heat temperature: (1)Nylon: 80℃; (2)Polyester: 115℃
Hygrothermal tempature: (1)Nylon: 105℃; (2)Polyester: 135℃
Polyester hot melt thread:
Polyester hot melt yarn will melting and fused together when tempreture reach 130-150 degree. And polyester hot melt yarn is suitable for polyester fiber, usually use for polyester fiber, usually use for knitting fabric, shoe uppers, etc.
Nylon hot melt thread:
