Characteristics of Aluminum Profile:

1. 2. Vertical electrostatic spraying of aluminum profile matrix: firstly, the workpiece is placed on the production line for preliminary treatment, and then the primer is sprayed with Ω rotary disc, and then the primer is leveled. Then, the top coat is sprayed by electrostatic spray gun automatically, and then the plane paint is flowed. Then, the finishing paint is sprayed automatically by the electrostatic spray gun, and then the finishing paint is dried and natural after the finishing paint is leveled Cool down until the workpiece is removed from the production line.
3. Aluminum profile electrostatic spraying gun fluorocarbon spraying: first, the workpiece is placed on the production line, and then the preliminary treatment is carried out to obtain the automatic electrostatic spraying primer, and the electrostatic spraying gun or rotating cup is used for spraying. Then wait for the primer to be leveled, spray paint on the self-contained electrostatic spraying surface, and then use the electrostatic spray gun to carry out the top coat leveling, and then use the electrostatic spray gun to automatically spray the finishing paint.
