Guang Ya Aluminium was founded in 1996 in the famous aluminium town of China ,Naihai of Foshan. In the past two decades the business has been expanding through hard work and now become a fully integrated designer and producer of aluminum profiles for industrial applications and architectural systems.The enterprise owns three production bases，located in Naihai ，Sanshui of Guangdong and Linyi Shandong，spreading over 1 million square meter of land.It has 3 billion RMB of fixed assets,and more than 5000 employees,of which experts,professors,doctors,masters,and specialist constitute more than 300.Our factories are equipped with 70 extrusion lines with extrusion capacity ranging from 600 ton-5500 ton for a total annual output of 700,000,producing a wide range of standard aluminium profiles.
Our exclusive mold workshop
The mold workshop has a series of complete production lines from mold design, mold manufacturing, mold maintenance, etc.And introduced CNC from Taiwan,advanced CNC machine tools such as slow wire, EDM, high-speed engraving machine, CNC lathe, etc. There are more than 100 processing equipment and CAD / CAE /CAM integrated mold development system. The annual production capacity reaches 24000 sets of molds.
