We are a led light factory in China, specializing in the production of led ceiling light, led down light, led panel, led fixtures etc. Within 4 production line, 95% products are for export such as Russia, Europe, Australia etc. Our product has the CE, Rohs, SAA certifications, with the high quality and competitive price. All electronics components are selected according to American standards Burners are builded inside our factory assuring steady quality. Burners are 100 % controlled by scanning. All MEGAWATT CFL are equipped with electronic preheating cathodes assuring soft start and longer life. During production each lamp is controlled in four check points and at the end of production is checked during two hours at the aging machine which is simulating all situation. • OPERATING VOLTAGE As in some countries electricity power company fails to supply voltage inside nominal range that result premature end of life of the lamp. Megawatt product are designed to work for long time under overvoltage 260 volt or undervoltage conditions 160 volt. • FREQUENCY OF CYCLING ON AND OFF The life of a CFL is significantly shorter if it is turned on and off frequently. EU commission regulation 244/2009 request 6.000 – 10.000 turn on one minute , turn off three minutes. Megawatt CFL can fulfil that criteria from 150% to 1.500 % .
