Founded in 2002, Zhejiang Zhongchao New Material Co., Ltd. is located in Jiaxing, the beautiful water town of Zhejiang Province. Our company currently runs 6 advanced non-woven production lines, and 78 rib knitting machines. Our company passed ISO9001-2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OEKO-TEX Standard. Zhongchao has been actively involved in the production of disposable protective masks to support the global fight against COVID-19. Our company is equipped with automatic mask machine, 100,000-level aseptic workshop and 10,000-level aseptic testing room to ensure our product quality. We hold CE certificate for medical surgical masks (non sterile), with test report from SGS. Meanwhile, our company also produces hot-air through non-woven fabric which can be used as the middle layer for KN95 mask; needle punched cotton which can be used as the inner and outer layer for N95 cup mask; rib-knit cuff and protective webbing which can be used on protective gown or clothing. Currently, our non-woven febrics and disposable masks have been exported to many countries such US, Japan, and Israel.
