Jelawat Tools is a factory mainly manufacturing for power tools over 20 years, occupied area 46000 square meters, located in economic & developent zone in Yongkang, Zhejiang,China. All production procedure follow ISO9001 standard strictly. Moreover, the Jelawat was the first factory that direct supplied to Bosch. The highest annual output is over 3 million set. Our major production contain ：Electric Drill， Impact Drill, Angle Grinder, Jigsaw, Circular Saw, Router, Sander, Rotary Hammer, Weed Remover, Marble Cutter…with more than over 60 specification of production. Present production separately passes GS, CE,UL and ETL certificates. We cooperate with SKIL and Kingfisher more than 10 years,and we produce main spareparts by ourself,such as:rotor ,stator ,gears,housing and so on, at 2016, we bought lots of equipment to improve our quality and amplify our factory ,below is the list of the epuipments 1、A new motor impregnation machine ,to enhance the impregnating process with better processing technology, ensure the membrane thickness when impregnating, preventing the wires loose, increasing rotors’ life 2、A new rotor Auto-molding equipment, to improve iron core’s concentricity， and to reduce the initial unbalance of the rotor. Then improve the quality of the motor 3、 Two high precision armature inspection equipment and one new roughness inspection equipment were purchased for higher efficiency and accurate of motors when doing inspection The motor scrapped rate was reduced from 0.29% to 0.11% . The reject rate of motor was reduced from 2.85% to 0.6%. Higher motor quality achieved. 4、Purchased 8,000pcs new containers for stators and rotors. Therefore, to avoid the damage of motor cooper wire and commutator from transportation.
