With many years’ development, now, our workshop covers 4,500 square meters with more than 200 employees. Each member of our sales team has at least 3 years experiences. And our Annual Revenue reaches $6 Million. Saint Sun Umbrella, founded in 1999, specializes in various styles of umbrellas, and professional on OEM & ODM items. We registered import & export rights in 2007. As a leading umbrella factory, we update BSCI and Sedex audits every year and our products pass AZO, Reach, Low Lead and some other tests of ITS, SGS and BV. In our workshop, the raw material will be inspected, after passing the inspection, it will go through eight manufacturing steps, the first step is cutting fabric, the second step is locking edge, the third step is cutting panel, the forth step is sewing canopy , putting top and straps . the fifth step is putting tips on canopy , the sixth step is stitching the canopy on frame, the seventh step is to inspect every pieces, the last step is packing. And then the order can be finally arranged to inspection and delivery. Our main markets cover US, Europe, Australia, Asia and many other areas. With professional sales and workers, one of our advantages is that we have strict quality control system from approval each material to finished umbrella. Usually we apply the AQL2.5/4.0 for inspection. Before production, a pre-production sample will be made for salesman to approve. On each step of production, we have strictly online QC inspection. After goods were finally packed in cartons, our QC will inspect goods randomly based on AQL, and the report will be send to customers. With many years’ experiences, we are able to understand customers' requirements efficiently and quickly, and provide good suggestions and ideas on designs while keeping low cost.
