HMSD founded in 1999, it is a professional manufacturer of high-end applications of stainless steel decorative materials integrating scientific research, production and sales. The company covers an area of more than 80,000 square meters, building area of 46,000 square meters, registered capital of 155 million RMB, with about 550 employees. In June 2022, the control right of the parent company Geron Co., Ltd. was changed, the controlling shareholder of the parent company was changed to Wuchan ZHONGDA Yuantong Industrial Corporation, the actual controller was changed to SASAC of ZheJiang province, and the nature of the HMSD was changed to state- owned holding.
