"HGHY owns subsidiaries of one machinery factory, one mold factory and one research center of pulp molding technologies, with the headquarter located in the Science Park of South China University of Technology in September of 2000. Our R&D team composed of 30 experts specialized in mechanics, auto controlling, mechatronics, pyrology and paper making etc., as well as hired part-time professors from South China University of Technology, including 3 professors in mechanics designing, 2 professors in mechatronics, 5 professors in paper making and pyrology subjects. The team works on four major subjects: egg tray, industrial package, tableware and finery product. These teams work in high efficiency and chase high standard with abundant experience and practical technology. Oue factory covers 24,000 square meters, with 8,000 square meters occupied by our machinery workshop. The factory is equipped with different advanced processing machines. There are around 100 workers in the machinery dept., 6 persons in management of the production team, 10 persons in the technique dept. and 6 persons in quality control dept. HGHY has obtained 37 national patents in pulp molding technologies, and has acted as the pilot scale test base for recycled fiber of the papermaking college of South China University of Technology, also acquired the honor of ""Golden Quality Prize for Achievement Transformation"".
