General

ZBW1 series combined substation is designed by our company for satisfying the need of city net construction, it features of compact structure, strong whole set，safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, beautiful appearance. It is widely used in out-door power supply fields such as high buildings, residential zone, factory and mining, hotel, park, oil field, airport, wharf, railway, shopping store, and other temporary facilities, etc. This product can be used not only in a closing-net for power distribution, but also in transformation power net for terminal power supply. The product firstly passes the appraisal from Mechano-electrical Department and Energy Department in our country in 1991, the performance reach to the national advanced level.

ZBW17 (YB)-10 Series Prefabricated (American Type) Substation is the series product in our company and it be developed by ourselves through absorb foreign technique. The transformer, load switch and H.V fuse are installed in transformer’s cabinet and take the insulating liquor of transformer as the insulating medium and heat-eliminating medium for whole product，it features of small volume，light weight，installation and maintenance are convenient，high safe reliability，beautiful appearance，etc．

ZBW3-40.5 Series Combined Substation  is a kind of outdoor complete set equipment with high voltage side rated voltage of 40.5kV, low voltage side rated voltage of 0.4~12kV,frequency of 50Hz.It is widely used in the places of city 、village and towns, factory and oil field , wharf etc. It is also suitable on some large construction site for power transmission and distribution.

It possess features of strong complete set, small volume, movable, easy installation and operation, low cost, higher level integrated automation, safe and reliable operation etc.

2.    Ambient temperature: Max. 40℃   Min. -25℃

                     Max. monthly average temperature: ≤ 35℃

                     Max. yearly average temperature: ≤ 25℃

3.    Relative humidity: Daily average value≤95%，monthly average value≤90%

4.    Max. daily difference in temperature: 25℃

5.    Sunlight intensity: 0.1W/CM² (wind speed 0.5M/S);

6.    Outdoor wind speed : ≤35m/s;

7.    Pollution grade:  Grade III ;

8.    Rain proof grade:  Grade 3;

9.    The gradient on installation spot shall be not more than 3°；

10. Ability of anti-earthquake:  Horizontal acceleration of ground surface is 0.2g, Vertical acceleration of ground surface is 0.1g;

11. Installation spot: The spot should have no fire, explosion danger, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and exquisite shake.
