Yellow millet

1. Old oil millet is made of "Youxiang Valley" (named after thick rice oil and thick rice fragrance) retained locally in Huan County, and has a planting history of 5000 years. Youxiang Valley is a millet variety produced, retained and eaten by the people in Huan County. It is almost extinct due to the difficulty of planting and low yield, and belongs to the unique "ancient millet variety" in Huan County. 2. The old oil millet of wheat shangke adopts the local "youxianggu" variety and is planted in the company's self-built organic base. The whole planting process is operated according to the organic standard. 3. The land of Maishangke Organic Base follows the original natural rotation and stubble planting mode, natural rainwater irrigation, organic sheep manure and fertilization of plant ash soil. According to the research data in the quality analysis report on coarse cereals in Huan County issued by the Scientific Research Institute of the State Food Administration in 2018, Huan County millet has more nutritional value and contains various trace elements than other millet in the market, especially the fat content as low as 4.922% (Shanxi millet fat content 7.54%) is more suitable for obese people to eat. 5. Huanxian old oil millet has the characteristics of mellow rice oil and golden color, which is very suitable for the elderly, pregnant women, children and other people to eat. Vacuum packaging is safer and healthier, and 1kg packaging is more convenient to store.
