Usage:
Applied for soft anisotropic conductor, single layer continuous central taping, suitable for PTEE, polyimide etc special high temperature-resistant material, equip with online spark testing, take up and traverse finishing at the same time .
Characteristics:
1. Automatically increase or decrease the tape tension setting, keep constant tension from full bobbin to empty bobbin without manual adjustment.
2. Overlap rate, acceleration or deceleration data can be set in the touch screen, tape position is stead when machine is running.
3. PLC control+Servo taping+Capstan+High frequency spark tester with online testing+Constant tension control of payoff and take up.
