Usage
Suitable for Teflon high temperature resistance wires( Fluorine plastic such as FEP, FAP, ETEF), Micro-fine coaxial cable, USB3.1( coaxial structure type),tube and various thin-skin multiplayer insulation cables extrusion, the core wire of LAN cables and data cables extruding or sheath extrusion.
Features:
1. This machine adopts PLC+professional data control software, industrial computer control, storage display and modify process parameters, adjust and monitor the production line status.
2. This machine is specially for teflon designed screw, barrel, eye dies and assorted electric heating temperature control system.
3. With precision detection feedback control system, production speed stability and control sensitivity are well guaranteed, OD and insulation skin thickness error are reduced, which greatly reduces the production cost.
4. The heating components of this machine adopts h igh temperature resistant aluminum alloy heater.
