Based on our years of experience in sifting and according to the specific characteristics of sugar industry, we have developed several kinds of sieving devices to meet different process requirements of each sugar plant.
1. SLS type vibrating screen
The SLS type vibrating screen is originated from the SL type vibrating conveyor, by adding a layer or multi-layer screen mesh or panel in the conveyor trough, the screen can have the function of screening and conveying simultaneously. This type of vibrating screen has all of the advantages of the SL type conveyor, variable options of screen mesh, can realize multi-point discharge of material, sealed screen with cover, it`s widely used in the sugar industry.
2.HSSJ Type Swing Screen

ü Multiple layer screen panels is possible, and several kinds of particle size
can be separated once.
ü Automatic screen tensioning structure to ensure the long life of screen mesh.
ü Self-cleaning of screen mesh with elastic ball to avoid blinding .
ü Quick open type cover, unit modular type screen panel, easy cleaning and maintenance.
ü Adopting reverse thrust self-balancing drive unit, suitable for installation on floor or steel structure platform without special reinforcement.
3. ZS Vibrating Screen
ZS type vibrating screen adopts one or two vibrating motor as the excitation source, and they are respectively the ZZS type and ZYS type. The vibrating motor is mounted directly on the screen box structure, eccentric block of the vibrating motor rotates and generates vibration force and force the screen box vibrate at the same frequency, thus to realize the screening purpose. Compared to other types of vibrating screen, vibration frequency of this type of vibrating screen is higher, it`s generally 16 Hz (6 pole vibrating motor) or 24.1 Hz (4 pole vibrating motor), also known as high frequency vibrating screen. This type vibrating screen is suitable for separating of sugar lump, powdered sugar and limestone slurry.
