Three, installation and debugging:
1, the installation:
(1) the inertial vibration feeder recommend to carry on the installation under 10 ° dump, the maximum dump can be increased to 15 °, this is decided according to the material size.
(2) after the installation, the feeder should have not smaller than 20mm of move clearance so that the feeder is completely in free state.
(3) after the installation, the horizontal side of the feeder shall be level so as to avoid side displacement when feeding material.
(4) the wiring shall carry on according to the electrical schematics diagram and have grounding protection.
