PVC Internal & External Lubricant

Description:

OK-60 is neutral dicarboxylic acid ester of saturated fatty alcohols.

Ok-74 is neutral complex ester of multi-fatty acid with high molecular weight.

OK-60,OK-74 both are suitable for non-toxic and transparent products.

OK-60 OK-74 can be used as internal and external lubricant respectively with good transparency and dispersancy.

Both can be dissolved in hot alcohol, tri-butyl phosphate and chloroform, but not dissolved in water and alcohol.

Application：

To be used in transparent sheet, pellet shrinkable film, twist wrap film

and other opaque prouducts

Typical Characteristics：

OK-60 internal lubricant: Good compatibility with PVC, not easily separate-out

OK-74 External Lubricant: Good metal release and persistence.

Storage:

To be stored in cool and ventilated warehouse,avoid direct exposure to sunlight
