PVC Foam Regulators

Description:

Foam regulator is made from acrylate monomers by emulsion polymerization process.

It has not only high melt strength but excellent fusion property as well .In the same time, It is mainly used to improve the uniformity of the foaming hole, promote fusion and melt, improve the surface quality of the finished product.

When it is used as processing aid. It can enhance the melt strength, endow with better surface brightness.

It is white powder.
It can be dissolved in ketone and chloroform, but not in water and alcohol.

Application:
PVC rigid foam board, pipe, window profile and pipe, fitting, window profile ,WPC, etc.

Typical Characteristics
High fluidity and dispersancy . It is suitable for diverse foam boards because of the high fluidity.

Storage:

To be stored in cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
