Application Properties(Typical Values)

This production is applied in high barrier thermoforming package , Typical application parameters are as follows:

Width tolerance,  0 - +2mm

Seal strength, 8lbs /inch  or 25N/15mm

Pre-heat temperature,  90℃（pre-heat and forming on the same zone）

95℃（forming zone after pre-heat zone）

Seal temperature,  130℃，1s

Line speed range,  0~20times/min

Vacuum settings,  Vacuum degree≤50mbar , Vacuum time 5~15s
