Nickel-based filler

Brazing joints of nickel-based brazing metals are with high strength in high-temperature and excellent corrosion resistance. Nickel based brazing metals are suitable for brazing stainless steel,heat-resistant steel and other high-temperature alloy which is always working under high temperature.It has been widely used in the welding of aerospace engines,heat exchangers,thin-walled stainess steel components and complex structure parts.It also can be used for brazing drilling tools,diamond products and handicrafts.In addition,nickel-based brazing metals can also be used in brazing components of which working temperature is near liquid nitrogen.

Characteristics and Applications:

1. Nickel-based brazing metals are always applied under vacuum or protective atmosphere furnace.Such brazing condition needs high purity gases.For example,the dew point of protective gas,such as argon or hydrogen,should be slower than -54℃ for a good joint.

2. YTNi-1 performance excellent mechanical properity under high temperature working condition,it is suitable for brazing components which is working in large stress and high temperature condition.

3. YTNi-2 with excellent filling gap ability,can be used to brazing thin-walled workpiece,such as radiator,cellular compents and auto parts.

4. YTNi-3 embraces excellent filling gap ability,which is suitable for brazing large overlap joint.

5. YTNi-6 and YTNi-7 are mainly used to braze thin-walled cellular structure stainess steel,multi-layered wall structure components,medical equipments and so on.Especially,YTNi-6 and YTNi-7 are applicable in the nuclear field.
