Aluminum-based Solder Material

Asia General can supply various aluminum brazing metal listed in national standard,and can also provide all kinds of powder size according to customer's demand.At the same time,we also provide corresponding brazing paste to each brazing alloy.

Asia General is the first company in China to prepare low oxgen content spherical aluminum powder by adopting a special powder manufacture technology.The powder can be used directly by mixed with aluminum brazing flux,and also can be formulated into paste.

Aluminum-based paste is developed by a special process,consisting of aluminum based brazing powder,active components,solvents,polymer carriers and othe additives.The paste is exquisite.A special carrier was adopted to ensure the paste not dry with long time open storage.In addition,the paste had better brazing property for small surface area of spherical powder.

Characteristics for Paste:

1.It is applicable to braze alumium-stainless steel,aluminum-aluminum(aluminum and its alloy) in gas protection or air atmosphere oven.

2.Paste can be applied by handy smearing,templates printing or by needles quantitative injecting.The requirement amount of braze paste should be exerted according to the specific requirement of brazing joint.

3.The organic polymer carriers in braze paste(binder)don't have adverse effects on the brazing facilities(equipment).But engineers should pay attention to the setting of heat process in the brazing process,to ensure that the organic polymers in brazing paste have been completely decomposed before brazing temperature reached which can ensure perfect brazed joints.(the temperature should be chosen between 400 -1000 degree,holding time should be arranged according to the size of brazing workpieces. In general,the holding time should be lengthened for big brazing peices)

Characteristics for powder:

1.Products show high purity,low oxygen content,generally less than 300ppm.

2.The powder is sphericity,stability and smooth surface,the paste manufactured by this kind powder is thin slippery,and good brazing activity.

3.The powder has uniform internal structure.

4.The particle size is distributed in a narrow size range,the powder has high tap density,high antioxidant ability which could be stored for long term.

5.The production process are carried out in a sealed system,and automated control is adopted to ensure high product quality(such as sphericity and low oxygen content)and production safety.

Characteristics for AlSi stips:

1.Specification: thickness in the range of 0.03mm to 1.0mm,width according to customer's requirement.

2.Application: weld parts,heat exchange,the face and dial of a watch or clock,name plate,mould,stamping parts,decoration,electrical lighting,universal machine element,airplane,ship,traffic,building structral member,transportation structral member,the original and spare parts of a propeller.
