Hydrophilic softener RL-328

softener RL-328 is a weak cationic softener with outstanding anti-static effect, it has soft, smooth, fluffy and Anti-yellowing effection. And in line with hotel towel washing and European and American clothing softening requirements.

Features
1. Good water solubility, soft and smooth, anti-static, low scum and excellent hydrophilic.
2. It can be used alone or used with organic silicon softener EM-8350.
3. It most advantage: using comveniently, saving energy, saving manpower, it can not only use directly but also dissolve in warm water.
4. It is upgraded version for all the cationic quaternary ammonium salt agent , it instead of softener flake, silicone oil and softener paste.
5. When using Emeer RL-328 finishing fabric drying in the high temperature, the fabric yellowing phenomenon is very low.
6. In the denim washing ,For the Denim have nostalgic and chromatography finishing when using It will not cause changing the color and stripping.

Application
1. It apply for finishing hotel bath towel, towel, wollen sweater;
2. In dyeing and finishing plant, finishing cotton, hemp, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic and other synthetic yarns and fabric ;
3. In washing plant, it apply for finishing denim, washing cloth, knitting etc.

Dissolution Method
1. Dissolved in cold water: firstly take the product by 6% -10% ratio into the 30 ℃ water, and proper mixing to avoid bonding, time about 3-5 minutes, and soak for 1-2hrs, and then stir slowly until the solution become sticky.
2. Dissolved in warm water: firstly take the product by 6% -10% ratio into the 30 ℃ water ,stir for 3-5mins and begin to adjust the temperature unit heated to 40 ℃ -50 ℃, and stir slowly until become sticky . and then cool for using.
3. Please filter before using it for softening
Use Method
1. Use in hotel, when the water temperature 25 ℃-50 ℃, put Emeer softener RL-328 to machine directly , it usage quantity 15-25g/10g fabric. If the soft time less than 1mins, we advice to dilute it by water temperature30 ℃-35 ℃ with ratio 1:19 – 1:38 firstly, after dissolution and then put it to the machine
2. In the dyeing and finishing plant,
1). Padding Method: 2-3g / L, temperature 30 ℃-40 ℃
2). Immersion method: 0.3-0.8% (owf), bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 40℃-50 ℃, time 15-30min.
3. In washing plant or knitting mill
1). If soft time more than 2mins, take the Emeer softener RL-328 to machine directly, in the washing plant, usually 100-150pcs denim/ machine and its use quantity is 300-500g.
2). If soft time less than 1mins, we advice to dilute it by warm water firstly and then put RL-328 to machine.
Use Feature
Under normal operation of the machine,when put the softener RL-328 in the
water of 40 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, It can be completely dissolved and fabric can be
absorbed in 1mins；when put the softener RL-328 in the water
of 30 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, It can be completely dissolved and fabric can be absorbed in
2mins;when the softener RL-328 put in the water of 25 ℃ ~ 35 ℃, It can be
completely dissolved and fabric can be absorbed in 3mins;
It best dissolution temperature is 40 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, the best soft time is 3-5mins, the best water PH value is about PH = 7 for dissolving and without adding other acid-base materials; the best condition of water quality is soft water (0 ~ 159ppm, as CaCO3) , if the water is too hard which will reduce the speed of dissolution and solubility.
