Acrylic Fibers & Chemical Fiber Softener Powder RL-306

It is cationic softener with outstanding anti-static effect. It can be applied to the finishing of textile garment and fabric with a soft, smooth, fluffy and avoid yellowing effect. It is environmental and meets with the European garments standard on soft finishing.

Component: Fatty acid and organic amine epoxy polyester
PH value : 4.5-5.5 (10% solution)

Feature
1. Good water-solubility, soft and smooth, anti-static, low scum, hydrophilicity.
2. It is the substitute of softener flake, soft oil and soft ointment; it is also the upgraded version of all cationic polyester-type quaternary ammonium salt softeners.
3. Use it for finishing fabric drying after the high temperature baking, the level of yellowing phenomenon for the fabric is very low.
4. In the denim fabric washing process, for the denim having nostalgic and chromatography finishing, it would not cause color-changing and stripping.

Scope of Application
1. For the softening finish of polyester, acrylic fibers and polyester acrylic fibers blended fabrics at the dyeing and finishing plant.
2. For the softening finish of cowboy wear, washing cloth and knit fabric etc. in the laundry facility.
3. For the softening finish of cotton,the polyester/cotton yarn and the fabrics.

Dissolution Method
1.. Warm water solution: Firstly take the product by 6-10% ratio into the 30℃ water, stir for 3-5mins and begin to adjust the temperature until heat to 50-60℃, and stir slowly until become sticky and then cool for use.
2.Easier method: Take RL-306 into the 60-70℃ water in spare vat, stir it for 20-30min, then draw in the dyeing vat for the softening finish of fabrics.
3. Use the sizing agent before softening and after filtering.

Application Method
2. The processes used for softening finish in dyeing and finishing plant are below:
① pad-roll type: 2-3g/L, 30-40℃, two-pad-two-roll or one-pad-one-roll
② immersing type: 0.3-0.8%(o.w.f), liquor ratio1:10-15, 35-45℃, 15-30mins
