Generally, when using single layer plastic injection mold, the injection volume and opening stroke of injection molding machine only use 20% ~ 40% of the rated value, which does not give full play to the performance of the injection machine. However, the stack injection mold can make the output increase exponentially according to the number of layers without increasing the clamping force, and can greatly improve the production efficiency and equipment utilization, and can save production costs and human resources. The stack injection mold is most suitable for large flat parts, shallow cavity shell parts, small multi cavity thin-walled parts and parts requiring mass production.

Advantages of stack mould:

1. Compared with the conventional die, the clamping force of the laminated die is only increased by 10% ~ 15%, but the output can be increased by 90% ~ 95%;
