1. Water cooling

HY250-SD adopts water cooling technology, which is combined with temperature control valve and heat dissipation tank to effectively control the engine oil temperature, fundamentally reduce engine operating temperature and extend engine service life.

2. High-power generator

Adopting high quality enameled wire, magneto of various power generation power can be selected to improve the power generation efficiency and meet the customers's electricity load.

3. Dual cooling cylinder head

Low pressure process casting water cooling cylinder head, external cooling fin, low operating noise, compact structure, and completely eliminate the hidden danger of water leakage. Exhaust bolt and AB bolt are all of high strength M10 （10.9 grade), never elongating and break.

4. Bigger engine sump tank

Adopting the crankcase with bigger engine sump tank to increase the oil capacity by 50%, prolong the time for oil changes. And sink the oil inlet hole by 15mm, to prevent oil supply shortage when climbing slope for a long time or oil quantity is insufficient.
