Enzyme powder ZSM-D

Enzyme powder ZSM-D is used in an enzymatic finishing process in order to obtain a stone-washed effect keeping very low backstaining.

1、This product can be used both in hard and soft water

2、Very low back-staining performance

1、Temperature: the optimum range is between 40 and 60°C

2、pH: 6-8; In normal working conditions, the product is capable of bringing the pH of the wash to optimum conditions and to maintain this state for the entire treatment phase. If necessary, adjust the pH adding acetic acid .

3、The amount to be used is closely linked to the desired effect, to the type of fabric to be treated and to the action of the mechanical effect. The average amounts vary from 0,4% to 2% of the goods weight.

4、Enzyme powder ZSM-D can be used together with pumice stones to reduce the treatment time.

5、The following are the typical finishing conditions:

Liquid Ratio: 1/5 - 1/10 Time: 30/90 minutes

6、For very hard finishing processes, it is advisable to monitor the weight loss of the material and the resistance of the accessories.

7、Enzyme powder ZSM-D is put directly into the wash and used together with compatible anti back staining agents.

8、For the best effects, Enzyme powder ZSM-D is generally used after a de-sizing phase, followed by a warm rinse.
