Acidic fixing agent BFL is an acidic fixing agent with high content and high fixing effect that is stable to acid.Used for the post-treatment of dyeing and printing of nylon and its blended fabrics, without causing color change of the finished fabric. It is especially suitable for bright and sensitive fixation of acid fluorescent rose red. It is an acid fixation agent with little color change after soaping. It has a very good fixation effect for continuous fast fixation processes such as webbing, and can also be used as an anion barrier for nylon for dyeing nylon blends.
Performance characteristics
1、Good water solubility, acid and alkali resistance, will not cause fixation spots when fixing.
2、Does not contain free phenol, meets environmental health requirements.
3、Provide fastness levels that cannot be achieved by general fixing agents, such as for nylon microfibers and their blended fabrics with spandex.
4、Provides excellent fastness levels for continuous dyeing of nylon and nylon/spandex blended fabrics.
5、Does not affect the dyeing shade, especially the fixation of acidic fluorescent rose red dye. It is a fluorescent fixative with little color change after soaping.
6、Completely stable to acid.
7、Will not weaken the light fastness of dyeing.
8、Can be used as a dye inhibitor for blended fabrics.
Product character
Appearance:Wine red viscous liquid
Ionicity:Anion
1% aqueous solutionPH:3.5±0.5
Reference dosage
1.Dip-molding:Rinse the fabric thoroughly (see note) and pour it into a new bath of 40℃ with 1-3% acid fixing agent BFL. The dosage depends on the dye used, the color depth and the type of fabric. Run for 10 minutes. (Generally no need to adjust the acid) If necessary, add acetic acid or formic acid to adjust the pH to 4.0 or lower, raise the temperature to 75℃-80℃ and process for 30-40 minutes to clean thoroughly.
2.Padding method:10-30 g/l acid fixing agent BFL
Remarks: The cationic/nonionic levelling agent must be completely removed, because very few of these printing and dyeing auxiliaries may reduce the effect of the acid fixing agent BFL.
If the acid fixing agent BFL is used for post-treatment in the dip dyeing bath, it is best to cool the bath temperature to 70°C before adding the fixing agent
