Endless Felt For Heat Transfer Printing Machine

Endless Nomex Transfer Belts are produced from 100% Nomex fiber. They are the most important, component of the Roller Sublimation Printing Machine. We can offer the felts with the normal and special size according to customers’ request. Endless Nomex Transfer Belts/Blankets are used on the following machines : Monti, The prints on the papers are transferred to the fabric using high temperature under pressure. The purpose of the sublimation felt is to press the fabric against the printed paper, both against the heated drum. The contact between the fabric and the printed paper needs to be long enough, to ensure the transfer of the dyestuffs to the fabric. Heat transfer printing is an economical way to print synthetic fabrics.
