Q: Are you a trader or manufacturer?
A: We are a manufacturer. We design, develop, manufacture, test and sell industry valves, including ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, butterfly valves, safety valves, plug valves, bellows valve, needle valves, knife gate valves, flanges and valve fittings.

Q: What kind of certification do you have?
A: We have API 6D, API600, API602, API609, API 607&API 6FA, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, CE&PED and EAC certification.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. For large quantity, as usual, it can be sent out within 10-40 days.
    Small parcel will be dispatched by DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT Courier.
    Big cargo will be delivered by Air freight or By Sea.

Q: Do you provide samples?
A: We can provide samples production and service. We will choose the shipping way as you required: By sea, by air or by express. Any questions about samples, please contact us.

Q: What about OEM products?
A: We will finish the production within 30-40 days after payment has been confirmed.
   We will choose the delivery way as you required: by sea, by air or by express.

Q: Can you produce the products according to my own drawings?
A: Yes, we can produce the products according to your drawings that will be most satisfy you.
