1. Higher Detection Sensitivity-200 copies/mL of detect limitation.
2. Endogenous Internal Control-To avoid false negative results caused by improper sampling or storage, this
product involve an endogenous internal control to monitor the sample quality.
3. Pseudovirus-Use pseudovirus as a positive control to simulate real samples, which can not only reduce the
probability of contamination caused by the template, but also monitor the whole process from extraction to detection, so
as to avoid false negative results caused by reagent failure or improper operation.
4. dUTP/UDG anti-contamination System-The thermal sensitive dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system
can effectively degrade the aerosol pollution of products and reduce the false positive results.
This product is intended for the detection of 2019-Novel Coronavirus(2019-nCoV). It provides triplex-detections in a single tube, including two independent genes of 2019-nCoV (ORF1ab gene(RdRP region) and N gene) and an internal control which targets the human RNAse P(RNP) gene to assess specimen quality.
