QNN is the biggest safe manufacturer and exporter in South China.
There are 272 people in our production department, which are divided into four major workshops: Machining,Welding, Painting,Assembly
With a production capacity of 60,000 units/month.
Machining Workshop:
Firstly, it is the machining workshop,we do cutting, stamping, drilling, planing/milling, and forming here. Thickness of the steel we are using from 0 mm to -16 mm.
The main equipments for cutting process are 3 laser cutting machines,1 flame cutting machine and 4 shearing machines.
The main equipment for stamping process is the CNC punching machine and the punching machine. Our maximum punching machine is the 300-tons punch. There are more than 400 sets of molds in our factory. Products with large sales are with continuous automatic molds, currently we have 8 sets of continuous automatic molds.
Equipment used in the drilling process is the drilling & tapping machine, multi-head drilling & tapping machine.
Equipment used in forming process is the CNC bending machine, bending machine and the hydraulic machine. The maximum CNC bending machine is with 215-tons and the maximum hydraulic is with 400 tons.
Each process is trialed and recorded with three inspections:self-inspection, first inspection and patrol inspection.
After machining, semi-finished products will be transferred to the welding workshop, they will weld all the machined parts to be safes.
There are 5 welding lines in welding workshop. Each welding line is equipped with 10 people, which can independently complete the welding, grinding and polishing process. Production capacity for each welding line is 450 safes per day.
Door components are welded by robot arm, with better reliability and quality.
Products in each welding line are trialed and recorded with three inspections: self-inspection, first inspection and patrol inspection.
