In order to ensure faucets quality, performance and life cycle,NEW BIAO faucets will process a series of tests in the laboratory, such as material analysis test, plating thickness test, water flow test, water pressure and air pressure test,salt spray test etc.

Packaging Detail: Inner packing: Bubble bag, cloth bag, white color or craft carton

Outer packing: Kraft carton, 8pcs/ctn, The package can be done as customers' requirements.

Delivery Detail: 20ft container is 30-45days; 40ft container is 45-60 days.

Shipping information: Normally, we will deliver the sample products via international

express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS. For bulk order goods, it will be delivered to customer by ocean.

1. Where’s your factory ? Can I visit your factory?

It is a great honor to invite you to visit NEWBIAO factory. Our factory is based on ZhishanTown, Heshan City, Guangdong province, which will take about 1.5 hours by bus from Guangzhou city to our factory;1hours from Foshan City to our factory. We can arrange our driver to pick you up from your hotel when you arrived in Guangzhou City or Foshan City.

2.Can your factory print our brand on the product?

Our factory can laser print customer’s logo on the product with the permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer’s logo on the products.

3.How’s your factory production capability?

Newbiao has full production lines including Gravity Casting Line, Machining

Line, Polishing Line and Assembling line.We can manufacture products up to 80000 pcs per month

4:Is your factory able to design our own package and help us in market planning?

We’re willing to help our customers to design their package box with their own logo. We have a design Team and a marketing plan design Team to service our customers for this.

5: Does your factory have the design and development capabilities, we need the customized products?

The staffs in our R&D department are well experienced in the faucet industry, with more than 5 to 10 years experience.  Every year, we will launch 2 to 3 new series to keep out customers in a competitive stage.

6:  What about the MOQ?

Normally, the MOQ is 100pcs each model.However,there is no MOQ requirement for the sample order or a trial order.
