Accept the fixture design task and analyze the product.
The customer will have 3D and 2D drawings of the product to understand the reference, profile, outline, aperture, and tolerance of the part.
Start gage design
Combined with product 3D, according to customer requirements, design detection pin, check gauge, detection direction, cutting line, etc.
Iii Design Review
After completing the 3D design drawing of the fixture, conduct preliminary internal review, follow the new fixture drawing according to the review result, and then review with the customer. Modify fixture drawing according to customer review result. Follow up customer comments until the modification is in place and customer is satisfied.
Four order material
After the fixture design is approved by the customer, issue BOM, order materials, standard parts, spare parts, etc to the purchasing department
Five out of 2D processing map
Make 2D machining drawing, parts machining drawing, assembly drawing and submit to production and assembly department.
Follow up the on-site processing
Combined with the on-site processing situation, solve the problems encountered in the processing, optimize the design.
Product design changes
Change gage according to customer's requirement.
Eight diagram file sorting
After the mold can be moved after the customer's approval, the drawing file is sorted out.
