通用印度BEAT车型的倒车镜。有后视镜镜壳，底座，转向器等整套塑料件模具与铝压铸模具。

该项目是通用公司在印度投资的第一款车型所配套采用的倒车镜，按生产使用30万模次寿命设计的，镜壳及底座模具材料采用德国葛利兹产的2343ESR材料，真空淬火处理硬度达到HRC48-52度，内部铝件产品则用热作模具钢2344 ESR 同样经过真空淬火处理工艺，以保证模具寿命能达设计要求。另外部分零件按预硬材料2738H，预先热处理保证硬度在HRC30-33度，用作模具镶块。所有模具采用标准模架，平衡垫块优化处理。标准件如顶针，推管等采用大连盘起知名品牌。底壳与支加皮纹选择国际知名的MOLDTECH公司制作完成。成型产品表面纹理清晰，一次送交客户验证确认通过。该项目有部分模具用到热流道，我司与YUDO公司有长期合作，该公司在全球多个国家设有办事机构，方便提供售后服务。该项目也采购使用YUDO品牌热流道，我司在采购时已支付额外5%的服务费用，质保2年。为客户保障了这两年内的生产便利，即便两年之年，热流道供就商也会发挥本地服务的优势，提供优良的高效的售后服务 。该项目出货后也提供30%的配件随模具出运，方便客户维护及保证正常生产。

This project also purchases the use Yudo brand hot runner, our company has paid the additional 5% service charge when purchasing, the warranty 2 years.
