Yunnan walnuts, also known as Dapao or Yangbi walnuts, are the highest-yielding walnut variety in Yunnan, featuring thin shell, large kernels, nutty flavor, and rich nutrition.
Yunnan walnut is round in shape and rough in appearance, and its shell surface has more pits and an arching stitch right between the shell compared to other varieties.
Yunnan walnuts are usually ripe and yielded in September and October in a year, and their large exporting volume makes them one of the top exported walnuts of all varieties in China.
