Water-based Release Agent For PU shoe sole

LKB-5386 is a concentrated water-based release agent for PU (polyurethane) shoe soles, diluted with water before use.

This product is an innovative product that can compete with the current imported products.

After using this product, it can significantly improve the "pinhole" phenomenon on the surface of shoe soles and has good release effect.

How to Use

The temperature of the mold is controlled at about 60 degrees Celsius. Before each use, the mold must be cleaned of any other kinds of mold release agent residue.

-- Before the first use, the mold release agent should be pre-sprayed on the mold once or twice before injecting the raw material.
1) Spray evenly on the mold surface with a spray gun.
2) Blow dry the mold surface with compressed air.
3) Wipe the mold with a clean cotton cloth.
