The Novel Coronavirus(2019-nCoV) Nucleic Acid test kit (RT-PCR)

The Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Nucleic Acid test kit （RT-PCR） was used for in vitro qualitative detection of Novel Coronavirus

(2019-nCoV) by TaqMan RT-PCR assay system with targeting the sequences of ORF1ab gene and N gene. The primers and theTaqMan fluorescent probes to amplify signal were specifically designed for detecting the 2019-nCoV nucleic acid. The FAM and ROX channels indicate the presence of ORF1ab gene and N gene of the 2019 novel coronavirus, and the VIC channel indicates the presence of internal control (IC), for monitoring on nucleic acid extracting and avoiding false-negative results.
