Operation flow
Take reaction solution A and B from the kit and thaw out them at room temperature and oscillate until uniform. 8,000rpm centrifugate for several seconds to be ready for use.
Mix the components and conduct a short separation, to let the liquid on the tube wall to be centrifuged to the tube bottom, split the amplify system to the PCR tubes.
Add the negative, positive control and subject specimen into the PCR tubes to 5μL volume, close the tube cover and blend it, then 8000rpm centrifuge it for several seconds and move it to amplifying detection zone.
Put the negative control, positive control and sample PCR tube on the reaction frame, after 45 minutes at 65 °C,take out the PCR tubes and read the test result.
