硅橡胶弹性体，一种TPU与硅橡胶结合的新材料

HTPVSi is a silicone rubber thermoplastic elastomer that is easy to be processed and formed. Compared with ordinary thermoplastic elastomer,  HTPVSi has more excellent coating property and unique aesthetic touch of human body. It has excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance, high and low temperature resistance.
      HTPVSi is a rubber-plastic two-phase system polymer formed by dynamically vulcanizing silicone rubber particles in molten TPU with silicone rubber as the dispersed phase and TPU elastomer as the continuous phase. This product has not only the plasticity of continuous phase TPU, but also the high elasticity of disperse phase silicone rubber, making it possible to give full play to its excellent properties and enabling it to be used in a variety of fields.

Characteristics     Good mechanical properties, wear resistance, high and low temperature resistance, processability and silky
                             touch, recyclable, green environmental protection. It has excellent adhesion to polar substrates such as PC,       
                             ABS, nylon, are non-polar substrates such as PE and PP.
