SKW series 3D NC pneumatic tube bender is a kind of special machining equipment

for tube bending. It is applied to bend copper tubes with diameter of Φ6～Φ20 and wall

thickness of 1.2mm. Its champing and core conveying mechanism adopts pneumatic

system. X, Y and Z coordinate is driven by servo drive system. The whole machine is

controlled by microcomputer. It realizes movement of 3 shafts. Interface of the touch

screen is used for parameters setting and operation switching. The machine is easily

operated and can store Machining parameters for over 100 products. It is featured in good

stability, durability, and high efficiency, thus being especially applied to bend copper tube.
