Product Introduction Urea formaldehyde powder( thermosetting plastics) are amino moulding compounds composed of urea formaldehyde and alpha cellulose as filling material with the addition of lubricant , hardening agent & pigments. Thermosets offer many advantages over basic thermoplastics and are suitable for compression , transfer or injection moulding.They are produced in a precise and vibrant range of colors. They are available in powder (which gives much better surface) or granular form. Thermosets are strong , glossy , durable and highly resistant to scratches and staining.They are not affected by fats , oils , esters , ethers , petrol , alcohol or acetone nor by detergents or weak acids & weak alkalis. Packaging 10 KG or 25 KG per bag,every bag has one interior bag and exterior bag. Handling It is advisable to wear a dust musk while empting the bags. Hand should be throughly washed at the end of the working day and before meals. Storage Storage at 25 centigrade gives stability for 6 months. Avoid moisture, dirt,packaging demage and high temperature which affect the material's flow and its mouldability.
