UMI provide a complete service of design and prototyping. In most cases we can utilize existing CAD geometry to assist in the designing process. CAD/CAM capability: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro/Engineer, Unigraphics, CATIA, Mastercam, etc. Process: CNC machined from solid material, stereo lithography Quality assurance at UMI is an integral part of our daily activities; and is our top priority. Our quality program is comprehensive and is coordinated across all manufacturing disciplines. Every employee of UMI is held accountable for monitoring and improving quality. UMI maintains the raw material inspection, mechanical property testing, chemical element and microstructure analysis.
