Application
DZ series circuit breaker is of rated insulation voltage 660V,AC50Hz or 60Hz,rated working voltage 380V and below,rated current up to 1250A, used to distribute the energy,besides,the circuit breaker of rated current 225A and below and 400Y circuit breaker are also used to protect motor,under normal conditions,the circuit breaker can be applicable for infrequently transferring circuit and infrequently starting motor respectively.This product is in conformity with standards GB14048.2 and IEC60947-2.
Structure features
This series of circuit breakers take Y type as the basic product,composed of four parts:insulating enclosure,operating mechanism,contact system and release.The operating mechanism of circuit breaker enables the contact to fast open and close.The positions of "Close","Open","Re-tripping" and "Free tripping" are identified with the handle position.
C type, J type and G type circuit breakers are connected with a repulsion current-limiting contact system made up of a parallel conductor in series at the back of bottom plate of Y type circuit breaker,compared with J type circuit breaker,this system repulsion contact is longer and the breaking distance is larger,therefore.the current is limited more smooth;however,under normal opening and closing,and the release operates within the short circuit setting protecting value,Y type circuit breaker finishes the current limiting independently.Once the network occurs large current or ultra large short circuit current.the series-connected repusion current-limiting contact is repulsed fast by electric power,and brings arc to limit current.In the process of contact repulsing,the release operation and operation mechanism make Y type contact break.And the repulsion current-limiting contact comes back to original state for current fall or disappearance.
C type circuit breaker is used for distribution protection in the transformer power net of 630kVA and below,can get the best economical efficiency through selecting economical material,simplifying structure and improving technology,etc.
