Magnetized

The ring magnet‘s common magnetization methods include axial magnetization (thickness magnetization) and radial magnetization, it is also more complicated magnetization, for example, radiation magnetizing, it has radial four/eight/sixteen stage magnetization etc.

Multi-pole Magnetizing Coil

The multi-pole magnetizing coil is mainly used to magnetize the multi-pole rotor magnet of the motor. The shape of the magnet is mainly ring-shaped, so it is often called the motor rotor magnetic ring.

This type of magnet needs to use this multi-pole magnetizing coil because it involves multi-pole magnetization.

After the multi-pole magnetizing coil is processed, when the magnetizing voltage is applied, a plurality of solenoid-type magnetizing pole heads will be formed on the magnetizing coil, and the magnetic ring to be magnetized is sleeved on the magnetizing coil.

The winding direction of the coil on the adjacent magnetizing pole head is opposite, and the magnetizing magnetic field with alternating N and S poles will be formed on the magnetic ring to complete the magnetization.

Application

Halbach linear array:

It combines the radial and parallel arrangement of magnets to form a one-sided magnetic field (one-sided field), which is a significant feature of Halbach. This characteristic indicates that Halbach magnets have very good application value in linear motors (linear motors).
