Plastic recycle granule LLDPE - LADC
There are several products of Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) , this product ( LADC ) is one of the most transparent color we have for now. Look at the photo below ,it shows the difference .
It has the vage use , such as plastic bags , films , the electronic cable pipe ans so on. And for more, its colour can be changed easily by the color master batch.
For the Type LADC, we use the raw material with the high quality , most of them are the new product which are the failure production, so the raw material is very clean. Even that , we will still sort the raw material for the highly require of the quality. All the material will be selected by the employees , they will take out the dirty part and remove the other material. That's what we call the first sort. And all the semi-product (material sorted) will be verified by the quality control team. After the first step , the semi products will be sent to the Machine for the second verification before it enters the machine. The technicien will check for the one last time before put it in the machine, if once the semi products are not correspond with the quality standard , it will be send back to the sorting area directly and it will be sorted again.
Once the semi-product is ready , it's from now we will begin the produce process. In order to control the quality of the final product, we settle one quality manager , one Chinese technicien and few techniciens for one machine. The quality manager will be in charge of the verification de final product. If there is abnormality, he will report it to the Chinese technicien and they will handle it as soon as possible. That is the manuel control, but for the machine side , in order to make sure the purity of the granule , we used two pieces of 120 mesh so that we can get rid of 95% impurity .
At the other side , we also installed a laboratory for testing the different kinds of material, the technical data sheet is available for all kind of product. Our testing machines can test these item down below :
