Plastic recycle granule LDPE - LAAWN

  There are several products of Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) , there are some diffrent colour , the most commun colour are the transparent and black, this product ( LAAWN ) is transparent.

For the Type LAAWN, we also use the raw material with the high quality , if the raw material are not clean ,we will sort the raw material and seperate the diffrent kind material , all the material will be selected by the employees , they will take out the dirty part and remove the other material. That's what we call the first sort , if the raw material are still not clean enough, after all that we will sent then to the washing line , the semi-product (material washed) will be verified by the quality control team. And then , the semi products will be sent to the Machine after two times check. The technicien will check for the one last time before put it in the machine.

  Once the semi-product is ready , it's from now we will begin the produce process. In order to control the quality of the final product, we settle one quality manager , one Chinese technicien and few techniciens for one machine. The quality manager will be in charge of the verification of the final product. If there is abnormality, he will report it to the Chinese technicien and they will handle it as soon as possible. That is the manuel control, but for the machine side , in order to make sure the purity of the granule , we used two pieces of 120 mesh so that we can get rid of 95% impurity .
