Established in 2006, Hywelt Chemical Technology  Co., Ltd. is a National high-tech enterprise, specializing in the research, development, production and sales of high-quality water-based inks.

Hywelt occupies an area of 50 mu. There are two manufacturing bases, Hangzhou and Lishui, with the production capability of 30,000 tons water-based inks per year.

Hywelt has built up Zhejiang Province Post-Doctoral Work Station and Zhejiang Province High-Tech Enterprise R&D Center.
