4. Equipment function

5. Equipment composition
The one-drag-one plane mask machine consists of three parts: mask body machine, mask conveying
device and ear loop welding machine.
(1) The mask body machine consists of 11 parts: a material frame, a frame (with a worktable plate and a
mask), a fixed nose bridge wire part, a pattern edge pressing part, a cloth folding part, a forming and
cutting part, a power transmission part, an ultrasonic generator, an ultrasonic transducer system and
an electric control part.
(2) The mask conveying device consists of two parts: the mounting plate and the transmission system.
(3) The ear loop welding machine consists of three parts: a frame (with a worktable plate), a power
transmission part, a transmission system part, a conveyor belt part, an ear loop welding part, an
ultrasonic generator and an ultrasonic transducer system.
